Several issues can cause your panel to lose its connection to your home WiFi network. The following steps can help restore your panel’s WiFi connection.
First, Make sure your WiFi router has power
Most routers have LED lights indicating it’s powered on. If you have a separate modem and/or multiple routers (mesh router), ensure they also have power.
If none of the router LEDs are on, make sure it’s plugged into a working outlet. To check if the outlet is working, unplug the router and plug a different device into the same outlet. If it also doesn’t receive power, try restoring power to the outlet.
Restart your router
Power off your router for 10 seconds, then power on it back in. If you have multiple routers(mesh routers) or a separate modem, restart them as well.

The panel has a feature auto-reconnect to the WiFi network. Sometimes, the IP conflict could prevent the panel from unsuccessfully in reconnecting to wifi.
